Updating memory problems
If you notice that your device freezes when running multiple apps, you can shut down the ones you aren’t using. Tap the minus sign to close the application, and then press the “Home” button twice to close the row.
Sometimes running previous i OS software versions can hinder your i Phone’s performance or cause it to freeze, especially when using applications designed for use with the latest operating system.
By monitoring this information, you can spot problematic applications or determine that a particular setting is causing your device to slow down or freeze.
Additionally, some of these applications allow you to release your phone’s system memory, which can improve your i Phone's performance and resolve certain freezing issues.
Sometimes a particular application becomes unresponsive and causes your device to freeze.
You can close the application by holding down the “Sleep/Wake” button until the “slide to power off” message appears and then holding the “Home” button for about six seconds until the app shuts down and the home screen reappears. Tap and hold an open app, until a red circle with a minus sign appears on each app.
You can still preserve the majority of your data through the syncing process.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, or you cannot power on your fully charged i Phone, try resetting the device.If you still experience device problems after restoring from backup, restore your device and set it up as new.
